ORICS S-30

The S-30 is a linear-motion heat sealing machine. With its AC Servo drive, the S-30 is designed for medium-speed applications, operating at up to 30 cycles per minute.

Function

Cups or trays are placed manually in to the carriers. At each index containers can be filled, sealed and automatically discharged. An automatic in-feed system can be added for consistent product flow. Film is cut in between each container, leaving absolutely no waste of film.

Control

Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a high-speed optical encoder, the S-30-DX can be configured for a variety of production applications. All of the machine's functions are controlled from a digital touch screen with a state-of-the-art, menu-driven interface.
