ORICS SLS-1000

The SLS-1000 Packaging Line, is the ultimate solution for filling and sealing trays. This fully automatic system provides a complete solution for the home-meal-replacement (H.M.R.) market, including modified-atmosphere-packaging (M.A.P.) for fresh and refrigerated meals.

Function

From denesting the empty containers, to scaling the product with multi-head computerized combi-weigher, to auger and volumetric piston fillers, to garnish vibrators, this machine does it all. Control

The SLS-1000 is equipped with the latest technology currently available on the market. It offers an industrial processor and an operating interface to configure the machine for a variety of production applications. Several program configurations, manuals, machine diagnostics and maintenance schedules are available right on the operating screen. All of the machine functions are controlled from a digital touch pad. All motion is Servo driven.
