ORICS SLS-VGF-1000

For high-volume heat sealing, the all servo driven, index-motion SLS-VGF-1000 is unparalleled in flexibility, speed and efficiency, with a maximum performance of 25 cycles per minute. It achieves an excellent seal on any kind of packaging material, including CPET trays and high barrier materials.

Function

Carriers, mounted on an index conveyor chain, carry packages to a servo drive vacuum chamber, where vacuum, gas flush, seal and die cut are automatically performed. The finished packages are then automatically ejected from the machine. The SLS-VGF-1000 is equipped with three motors for film supply, providing constant tension, accurate registration and quick release for new roll change-overs.

Control

Equipped with an Intel Pentium processor and Windows 98 operating interface, the SLS-VGF-1000 can be configured for a variety of production applications and can store several programs, manuals and machine diagnostics. All of the machine's functions are controlled from a digital touch pad.
