The SLS-1000 Packaging Line, is the ultimate solution for filling and sealing trays. This fully automatic system provides a complete solution for the home-meal-replacement (H.M.R.) market, including modified-atmosphere-packaging (M.A.P.) for fresh and refrigerated meals.

Function

From denesting the empty containers, to scaling the product with multi-head computerized combi-weigher, to auger and volumetric piston fillers, to garnish vibrators, this machine does it all. Our team of engineers has designed this line of equipment to perform full automation, allowing for much higher yields in both line speeds, performance and reliability for your product. This in turn increasing your bottom line profit.

Control

The SLS-1000 is equipped with the latest technology currently available on the market. It offers an industrial processor and an operating interface to configure the machine for a variety of production applications. Several program configurations, manuals, machine diagnostics and maintenance schedules are available right on the operating screen. All of the machine functions are controlled from a digital touch pad. All motion is Servo driven.
