ORICS VGF-200

Designed for medium-volume packaging, the versatile VGF-200 can accommodate trays of virtually any shape or size. It can seal up to 4 cycles per minute, and up to 4 trays per cycle performing both vacuum-gas-flush and straight seals. The VGF-200 can M.A.P. packages with less then 0.1% oxygen residual.

Function

Filled trays are placed manually on a carrier, which slides automatically into the body of the machine, where the vacuum/gas flush, seal and die-cut processes are performed.

Control

Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), the VGF-200 can be configured for a variety of production application. All of the machine's functions are controlled from a digital display touch pad.
